About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Developer Intern who wants to write real production code from day one. You will work directly with our engineering founders to build features for warehouse management systems, dispatch trackers, and automation dashboards. This is not an internship for making coffee or doing mock assignments—your code will be reviewed, merged, and deployed to live enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop responsive user interfaces using Next.js (App Router), React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Build and connect backend APIs, Server Actions, and database queries using Node.js and PostgreSQL / Prisma.
  • Fix bugs, optimize loading times, and improve the responsiveness of client dashboards.
  • Participate in daily engineering workflows: Git branches, pull requests, and peer code reviews.
  • Learn and apply clean code practices, TypeScript type safety, and real-world deployment on cloud platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals and modern React.
  • Hands-on project experience with Next.js and React (personal projects, college projects, or open-source contributions count).
  • Basic understanding of backend development with Node.js and relational databases (SQL / PostgreSQL).
  • Comfortable using Git and GitHub for version control.
  • Eager to learn, quick at debugging issues, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commit for a minimum 3-month duration.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Links to deployed live projects on Vercel, Netlify, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Prisma ORM and Tailwind CSS.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and authentication patterns.
