2. Services Offered
Stivate provides enterprise software engineering, digitalization, and automation solutions, including but not limited to:
- Custom dispatch & GRN (Goods Receipt Note) management software
- Warehouse operational dashboards & live tracking systems
- ERP & SAP integration middleware and API connectors
- WhatsApp automation and customer inquiry CRM tools
- Web applications, portal engineering, and business process automation
Specific project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are governed by individual statements of work (SOW) or service agreements executed between Stivate and the client.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Website Content: All materials on stivate.com, including text, graphics, logos, brand assets, code snippets, and UI designs, are owned by or licensed to Stivate and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Client Codebase & Deliverables: Upon full settlement of all agreed project invoices, ownership of custom software code built specifically for the client transfers to the client in accordance with the project contract. Stivate retains ownership of core pre-existing frameworks, reusable utility libraries, and proprietary developer tooling.
4. Client Obligations & Conduct
When using our website or working with our team, you agree that you will not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information via our contact forms
- Attempt to bypass security measures, probe vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer our software
- Use our contact channels to send unsolicited spam, promotional material, or malware
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our servers or connected networks
5. Consultation & Confidentiality
Any business details, operational workflows, inventory logs, or ERP parameters shared during initial consultations or project discovery will be held in strict confidence. Stivate maintains non-disclosure standards to protect client operational intelligence.
6. Third-Party Integrations & Services
Our systems may integrate with third-party software, databases, or cloud infrastructure (such as WhatsApp Business API, SAP, Tally, PostgreSQL/Neon, AWS, or Vercel). Stivate is not responsible for outages, rate limits, or policy changes imposed independently by third-party service providers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted availability and accurate information, Stivate does not warrant that website functionality will be error-free or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
